มีปัญหากับการเขียน PHP ครับ ช่วยที่

ผมลองเขียนดูครับแล้วมัน Error

เขียนจากดรีม CS4ครับ ใช้วินโดว 7
ใช้ AppServ Open Project - 2.6.0

แล้ว ลองรันใน IE มันก็ขึ้น Error ครับ ดังข้างล่างน่ะ แต่ผลลัพธ์มันก็ถูกต้องน่ะครับ
